1. Using PemePro

PemePro is an offline-first app for small-business inventory, sales, clients, refunds, reports, backups, and multi-currency pricing. It is built to help you record and understand your own business activity.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the prices and exchange rates you use, and the business decisions you make from the app's records or reports.

2. Important Business Disclaimer

PemePro is a software tool only. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, inventory-audit, payment-processing, or business advice.

Reports, totals, profit calculations, currency conversions, and inventory values depend on the data you enter. You should verify important numbers before relying on them for taxes, filings, payments, purchasing, pricing, or any other business decision.

3. Local Data and Backups

PemePro stores your business data locally on your device. There is no PemePro cloud account or server-side copy of your records.

You are responsible for protecting your device and keeping backups of important business data. If your device is lost, damaged, reset, corrupted, or if you uninstall the app without a backup, your PemePro data may be permanently lost.

• Use Settings > Export data to create backups.
• Use Settings > Import data to restore a backup when needed.
• Store backup files somewhere safe and private.

4. Ads and Purchases

The free version of PemePro may display ads through Google AdMob. If you purchase the Remove Ads option, ads are removed from the app experience tied to that purchase.

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card, bank, or billing information. Purchase availability, refunds, and billing issues are handled through Google Play and its policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PemePro lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with ads or purchases, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Availability and Changes

PemePro is provided as available. Features may change, be improved, be removed, or stop working on some devices or operating system versions over time.

We try to build carefully, but we do not guarantee that PemePro will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business, country, currency, tax system, or workflow.

7. No Warranties

PemePro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEljay and PemePro are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost business records, incorrect reports, device issues, data loss, or business interruption.

Because PemePro works locally on your device, your backup routine is the main protection against data loss.
