PemePro Privacy Policy

1. Our Commitment: A Completely Offline Experience

The PemePro application operates entirely on your device. Your critical business data - including inventory, sales, clients, and payments - is stored locally and never transmitted off your phone unless you specifically choose to share it (e.g., via export, WhatsApp, or email).

• There is no login required.
• There is no account system.
• There is no synchronization feature.
• There is no cloud database.

2. Data Collection: Zero Tolerance

We adhere to a strict "collect nothing" policy. PemePro does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any information concerning you, your business, or your clients.

This includes:

• No analytics or usage data
• No crash reporting
• No tracking
• No access to your contact list beyond the data you manually enter

3. Data Ownership and Control

You retain complete ownership and control over your data. Every record resides exclusively in the local SQLite database on your device.

You have the power to manage your data:

• Export: Create a full JSON backup at any time via Settings > Export data.
• Import: Restore a backup whenever needed using Settings > Import data.
• Permanent Deletion: Uninstalling the app permanently erases every record from your device.

4. The Single Exception: Advertising

To ensure the free tier remains sustainable, PemePro displays banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob.

How Ads Function:

When an ad is served, Google - not PemePro - may utilize the standard mobile Advertising ID (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS). This identifier is managed by your operating system, not by us, and is governed by Google's own privacy policies:

• AdMob's Privacy Information

Opting Out

You can reset or opt out of the Advertising ID at any time through your device settings:

• Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > Personalized Ads

Ad-Free Experience

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" feature within the app, the banner will disappear entirely, and no advertising ID will ever be sent.

5. Device Permissions

PemePro requests the following device permissions, each used strictly for its described function and never transmitted off-device:

• Camera: Used solely for scanning barcodes and capturing product photos. Photos are stored exclusively in the app's local storage.
• Photo library: Required for attaching images to products or setting your business logo.
• Storage: Necessary to read from or write to the JSON backup file you choose.
• Internet: Used only to load the Google AdMob banner (this permission is not used if you purchase "Remove Ads").

6. Managing Data Deletion

Since all your data resides locally on your device, the process of deletion is completely under your control:

• Uninstalling the app automatically removes the entire local database.
• Deleting individual records from within the app removes them immediately.
• Because there is no server-side copy, no request to us is ever required.
